I can’t say enough great things about Chase and the amazing service he provided! Our car broke down, and he went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation. He drove us all the way to a dealership that was about 1.5 hours away and even took us to our hotel afterward at no extra charge. Chase was incredibly patient and understanding when we had some difficulties processing the payment, and he never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. What really stood out was that he even checked in with us afterward to make sure we were okay. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Chase does. I highly recommend him and his towing service to anyone who needs help. If I ever need a tow again, Chase will be the first person I call!
